Montenegro: Monitoring Domestic Violence Laws
The Advocates for Human Rights will be traveling to Montenegro to monitor implementation of its domestic violence legislation. Working in partnership with SOS Hotline for Women and Children Victims of Violence-Niksic, Amy Bergquist and Rosalyn Park will travel with two volunteers to conduct interviews to evaluate how Montenegro’s laws are functioning to protect victims and hold offenders accountable. The Advocates will publish a report with recommendations in 2016.
